Our client is a leading private equity-backed manufacturer of engineered capital equipment and high-performance wear components serving mission-critical industrial applications. The company produces processing, storage and material handling equipment and components used in a variety of industries with expanding applications across energy and other industrial markets.

We are seeking a commercially-driven, customer-facing Chief Executive Officer to lead the next phase of growth, integration, and market expansion with a focus on building out a disciplined, action-oriented culture focused on execution, accountability, and continuous improvement. This multi-location organization requires a proven CEO with a strong track record of driving growth through entering of new markets and driving revenue diversification within a capital equipment products business. The CEO will also have prior experience in unifying a fragmented workforce into a cohesive, aligned organization focused on accountability, performance and collaboration.
